I led the development of a solution aimed at addressing the challenges faced by career-oriented women in Nigeria when it comes to accessing healthy and farm-fresh food products. This initiative was driven by a thorough analysis of the barriers women encounter due to demanding work schedules.
Problem
According to a study by the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics, 70% of women in urban areas struggle to maintain a balanced diet, primarily due to time constraints and limited access to convenient, nutritious options.
Solution
Our project began with the creation of a platform that connects women to local farmers and suppliers, enabling easy access to high-quality food products tailored to their busy lifestyles. This platform not only streamlines the process of sourcing healthy food but also empowers women to make informed choices that align with their health goals.
